ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All orders are sent to the Mirage for processing and shipping each day. If you change your mind, you may cancel the order. Cancellations are allowed before an order ships, at a 20% restocking fee.

You must notify us of your wish to cancel the same day you ordered and paid for this item. Normally the item is shipped within one day of purchase with the exceptions of Friday, Saturday and Holidays.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

FREE Shipping to U.S. Mainland addresses only.
We do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands however we do ship to those locations. Enter your zip code under the Shipping and Payments tab to get your rate.
International shipping may take up to 20 business days or more.
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment (with the exception of Sundays & Holidays). Most orders are delivered to you within 3-6 business days but actual shipping time may vary depending on your address location in the US.
You will receive a shipping update email containing a tracking number. You may also find the tracking number of your order in the "My eBay" tab.
If your package arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us. If the shipping company has left before you realize the package is damaged, contact us immediately. Concealed damages must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.
All shipping and handling cost are non-refundable. If buyer provides incorrect address or refuses delivery, the original actual shipping cost will be deducted from any monies refunded.

International Buyers – Please Note:

All Import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility
and are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional
costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

30 Day Returns

We offer a 30 money back return policy.

Returns are allowed only for manufacturer's defects. As per Mirage return policy.We will however accept returns within 30 days from order date. You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and shipping instructions.
No refund or exchange will be honored if buyer returns any item without an RMA# and/or to any address other than the address we specify. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with the 30 day return and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We DO NOT accept or refund items that have been misused, abused or damaged in any way. All returns for defect under this guarantee are subject to manufacturer's determination of the defect.
