Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

   We may offer FREE Shipping on select products.  Other products will have current shipping prices for the most common carriers.  USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

    Free shipping is to U.S. Mainland addresses only, all other areas will incur shipping charges.
    We offer International Shipping, however, the customer is responsible for any customs fees associated with their purchase.

When a product has been paid for, we will submit the order to be processed and shipped within 24 hours.  Weekends and holidays are excluded.  Shipping time may vary due to your requested delivery location.

    Your shipment may originate from a warehouse nearest to your location when possible.  
    You will receive a shipping update email containing a tracking number.  

If your package arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us. If the shipping company has left before you realize the package is damaged, contact us immediately.  Concealed damages must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt.


Products may advertise free shipping, however, that is to simplify your ordering process by including the actual shipping fees.  For any returns, those fees for the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If the buyer provides an incorrect address or refuses delivery, the original actual shipping cost will be deducted from any monies refunded.


Return Policies:

We offer a Money Back Return Policy.  Some of our products have a 14 day and some carry a 30-day return.

Your directions for returns are as follows:

        You must contact us in advance for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
        You must follow the detailed return instructions that we provide to you, which include the RMA# and
         shipping address to the return center.
        You will receive your refund after the item has been inspected and a credit memo has been issued.
        The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the returns.  All returns are subject to the original outbound shipping cost or a restocking fee up to 20% whichever is less.

Refunds will not be issued on products that have been broken or damaged!
